RaceRunning is a recreational, aerobic activity based on a running bike for children and adults with reduced mobility and balance as a result of a physical disability such as Cerebral Palsy. A running bike is a 3 wheeled bike with no pedals which supports you as you walk or run. As well as being a recreational activity, there is also a competitive pathway from local to international athletic events. Running bikes are available in other locations in Scotland - Please contact us for more details.
