Cerebral Palsy Scotland Community Survey

At Cerebral Palsy Scotland, we’re committed to providing services, support and information that make a real difference to people affected by cerebral palsy.

By taking part in our Community Survey, you’ll help us understand:

  • What support, services and information matter most to you
  • How we can improve what we offer
  • The issues that should shape our future policy and campaigning work

We want to hear from everyone in the cerebral palsy community, including:

  • Children and adults with cerebral palsy
  • Parents, carers and family members
  • Professionals who support people with cerebral palsy
  • Supporters of Cerebral Palsy Scotland

Whether you’ve engaged with us once or many times, your views are important and will help shape our future work.

The survey is online and takes around 10 minutes to complete.
