The CEA Card enables a disabled cinema guest to receive a free ticket for someone to go with them to the cinema. The card is one way for cinemas to make sure they look after their disabled guests and provide adjustments. The free ticket is provided on the assumption that the person who accompanies can provide assistance if needed.
