Stephanie Fraser joined Cerebral Palsy Scotland as Chief Executive in January 2012. Stephanie has extensive experience within the neurological sector. She was involved in the creation and implementation of the Scottish Government’s Neurological Framework for Action as Chair of the Scottish Government’s National Advisory Group for Neurological Conditions from 2016 until March 2025 and has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Neurological Alliance of Scotland. She is also a current Board Member of Creative Scotland and the British Library.
Rosie Wilson | Centre Administrator and Communications Officer
Rosie joined in June 2024, shortly after graduating with First Class Honours in Criminal Justice from the University of the West of Scotland. Rosie has a background in customer-focused roles, including experience working for one of the Big Six energy suppliers. In her spare time, Rosie is an avid reader, and loves watching all kinds of sports, and enjoy attending gigs.
Lucy Moore | Centre Administrator and Communications Officer
Lucy is the Centre Administrator and the friendly face making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. With a background in healthcare, support services working directly with adults with cerebral palsy, business administration, and office management, she brings a wide range of experience to the role.
Joanna Healy | Support Coordinator
Joanna is our friendly support coordinator. She welcomes families and individuals into the centre and makes all your appointments happen!
Joanna has a background of working with a variety of charities in various roles as well as banking and corporate.
She is always available for a friendly chat or to offer support and guidance, and signpost to other helpful services.
Joanna is a mum to two beautiful girls and their feline friends.
Rachel Bottomley | Senior Fundraising Officer
Rachel has over 15 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership management and has successfully delivered both fundraising and strategic partnerships in the third sector. She has expertise in workplace disability inclusion and is a passionate advocate for lived experience involvement.
Rachel previously worked in Corporate Partnerships for one of Scotland’s largest charities and is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. In her spare time Rachel is a Board Member for the creative charity Produced Moon and a member of Disability Equality Scotland.
