Men’s 10K Glasgow takes place on Sunday 15th June and helps thousands of men on their journey to becoming fitter, healthier and happier.
Maybe you’ve not done any exercise in a while and need a goal to motivate you, maybe you want to challenge your mates, or maybe you want to raise some cash for a worthwhile cause – whatever your reason, the Men’s 10K is the perfect opportunity for you to lace up those trainers and make a difference, either to your own life or someone else’s.
This iconic Glasgow run starts at the spectacular setting of the Riverside Transport Museum, then heads along the River Clyde, taking in Glasgow’s scenic views, before finishing in George Square. Join us on Sunday 16th June and make your Father’s Day one to remember!

You can either purchase your own place by registering at Men’s 10k Glasgow and selecting us as your chosen charity, or we can secure your place for you.

Should you wish to register for a charity place, we require for a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure your place and ask you to raise a minimum of £120.
Everyone who decides to run for us will receive support from our fundraising team with tips on how best to boost your fundraising and a free t-shirt for your big race.
This is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself and help us continue to provide specialist therapy, support and information for children and adults with cerebral palsy. Every day in Scotland, people with cerebral palsy are not getting enough support. We need your donations to power our work, so that every person with cerebral palsy can reach their full potential.
