Our promise to you

Our promise to you

This year, more than 85% of our funds need to come from voluntary sources. We rely on the support of the public to help us make this happen.

Cerebral Palsy Scotland changes lives every single day. But, we wouldn’t be able to do any of it without the support of generous, thoughtful and committed donors.

We know climbing Ben Nevis was hard. We know that your colleagues debated for days about which charity to choose before committing to a year of fundraising. We know that your £10 monthly gift could go to another worthy case.

That’s why we want to make a commitment to you.

Cerebral Palsy Scotland would not exist without fundraising and its donors and fundraisers. We try always to adhere to best practice and act transparently. We follow the Code of Fundraising Practice and follow the key principles embodied in the Code. We are committed to operating in line with the values of the Code; to be legal, open, honest and respectful in all our fundraising

Also, we promise never to cold call you or share your data and personal details with other organisations. You can see our privacy policy here: Privacy statement

We value your support and loyalty. If you think we could do better or would like to make a complaint, please call Isla Campbell Lupton, Head of Fundraising and Communications or CEO, Stephanie Fraser on 0141 352 5000.

Check out further information about how to make a complaint about fundraising in Scotland.

If you would like to know more about how we spend and raise money, please have a look at our latest Annual Report.

We will always do our very best because we have the privilege of seeing each day the children, families and adults who come to us for support. Such life-changing work would not be possible without your help.
