Annual assessment

Our specialist therapy team offer a virtual assessment to allow you to check in on your physical health and wellbeing.

Why get an Annual assessment at Cerebral Palsy Scotland?

Our virtual Annual assessment helps you monitor your condition and look after your wellbeing.

One of our specialist therapists will take you through our Annual Self-Check form, which you will complete together.

Doing the assessment every year helps you to keep track of your own health and identify areas where there are changes.

Identifying problems and tackling them before they get worse can help you maintain mobility and independence and control pain.

How much does the Annual assessment cost?

The virtual Annual assessment is fully-funded through our own fundraising.

Options for follow-up

Following on from the virtual Annual assessment, an in-person appointment can be arranged if required.

How do I book an Annual assessment?
